    Either a remote diagnosis (free for RoboStore customers, $250 deposit otherwise) or a ship-in diagnosis ($600 for Go2s, $1,000 for G1 Humanoids).
  3. No charges to submit.
    Deposits only come into play once we've talked and agreed on next steps.

Remote Diagnosis

We hop on a call, figure out what's wrong, and walk you through next steps. If it's a fix you can handle yourself, we'll guide you through it or send you the part you need.

  • $250 deposit for non-customers

Ship-in Diagnosis

For anything we can't sort out over a call. The deposit covers shipping both ways plus the in-house diagnosis. Once it's on our bench, we'll send you a full assessment and a repair quote.

  • $1,000 deposit for G1 Humanoids

How it works:

Step 1: Submit a ticket

Send us your robot model, contact info, and a quick description of what's going on. The more detail and photos you can share, the faster we can point you in the right direction.

Step 2: Diagnosis

We take a look at what you sent and figure out the best path — whether it's covered under manufacturer warranty, something we can sort out remotely, or a repair that needs to come to our bench.

Step 3: Repair

You'll always get a clear quote before we move forward. Whether it's a self-repair we walk you through, a part we ship out, or a full fix in-house, we'll get your robot back up and running.

RoboStore Repairs & Support Services

Repair Services (Paid)

Robostore offers professional diagnostics, repair, and maintenance services for Unitree Robotics products, including G1 humanoids, GO2 quadrupeds, and B2 industrial platforms, along with supported variants and configurations.

Our technical team services advanced robotics systems and accessories such as LiDAR, sensors, cameras, thermal imaging systems, and robotic servo assemblies. All repair work, labor, and parts provided by Robostore are paid services and are not included under manufacturer warranty coverage. Quotes are provided by our repair and technical team prior to service.

Warranty Assistance

Robostore does not provide its own warranty, but we assist customers in facilitating manufacturer warranty claims where applicable. Warranty coverage, approval, and outcomes are determined solely by the manufacturer.

We can help collect information, coordinate communication, and support the process, but manufacturer warranty terms do not cover Robostore labor, expedited service, shipping, or diagnostics.
