Robostore does not provide its own warranty on products sold. All warranty coverage is provided solely by the product manufacturer, subject to the manufacturer’s terms, conditions, limitations, and approval.
Robostore’s role is to assist customers in connecting with the manufacturer and, where possible, help expedite communication or next steps. Robostore does not guarantee warranty approval, outcomes, repair timelines, or replacements.
Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

For Unitree Robotics products, customers may contact Unitree directly for exact warranty coverage and eligibility details.
Final warranty decisions, including approval, repair vs. replacement, and turnaround time, are made solely by the manufacturer.
Robostore’s Role
Robostore may assist customers by:

Helping facilitate contact with the manufacturer

Collecting preliminary information to support a warranty claim

Assisting with logistics or coordination when possible
Robostore does not:

Provide warranty coverage

Guarantee manufacturer decisions

Cover manufacturer repair costs

Cover shipping, labor, or downtime under warranty
Reporting Issues
Customers should report potential warranty issues as soon as reasonably possible after discovery to allow timely evaluation and coordination with the manufacturer.
To assist with a warranty claim, Robostore may require:

Photos or videos of the issue

Basic troubleshooting steps
Failure to provide required information may delay or prevent warranty assistance.
Warranty Eligibility & Limitations
Warranty coverage may be denied or voided by the manufacturer if issues result from:

Misuse, abuse, or accidents

Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Improper storage or handling

Use of third-party or unsupported accessories

Cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear
Warranty terms are determined by the manufacturer and may differ by product.
Software, Firmware, and AI Behavior
Software, firmware, and AI-driven behavior are always improving (including voice interaction, autonomy, response accuracy, or performance variability), but are not guaranteed to be error-free.
Updates to software, firmware, or AI models may:

Improve, limit, or modify system responses
Such changes do not constitute a defect under warranty.
Repairs Outside of Warranty
Robostore may offer paid diagnostics, repairs, or expedited service outside of manufacturer warranty coverage.

Geographic Limitations
Robostore warranty assistance is available only within the United States and only for products purchased directly from Robostore.

Original Purchaser Requirement
To receive warranty assistance from Robostore, the claimant must be the original purchaser and provide a valid Robostore order number.
Transferability of manufacturer warranties is determined solely by the manufacturer.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robostore is not responsible for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Lost revenue, missed events, or downtime

Business interruption or data loss
No Implied Warranties
Robostore makes no implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All warranties are provided exclusively by the manufacturer, to the extent permitted by law.
