RoboStore, the world's leading distributor of Unitree humanoid robots, is leading the U.S. commercialization and distribution of the Unitree H2 Plus; the first humanoid reference design built on NVIDIA Isaac GR00T.
The H2 Plus unifies development by bringing a Unitree humanoid robot and SharpaWave tactile five-finger hands — the "body" — together with NVIDIA Jetson Thor-powered onboard compute and Isaac GR00T software and workflows — the "brain" — into a single integrated reference design. The result is a platform that helps research teams move faster from robot bring-up to skill development and real-world validation.
RoboStore will lead U.S. sales, customer onboarding, deployment support, training, and commercialization efforts across research institutions, enterprises, developers, and government organizations nationwide.
The Data Problem Humanoid Robotics Has Been Waiting to Solve
Training a humanoid the traditional way is expensive and slow. Teaching a robot to perform even basic tasks requires hundreds of hours of manual teleoperation — someone physically guiding the robot through every motion repeatedly until a policy is learned. Companies building serious robotics programs have had to sink millions into dedicated data collection infrastructure just to teach a handful of skills.
The H2 Plus changes that calculus entirely.
With native NVIDIA Isaac GR00T integration, the platform needs only a few dozen real-world demonstrations to get started. Simulation generates the rest of the training data. For robotics teams, that means roughly 20x less human effort, with data collection timelines compressed from months to hours at a fraction of the traditional cost.
"Instead of requiring hundreds of hours to teach robots a limited set of skills, the H2 Plus uses NVIDIA's GR00T platform to learn from just a few dozen real-world demonstrations," said Teddy Haggerty, CEO of RoboStore. "For our customers, that means approximately 20x less human effort, with days of data collection compressed into hours at a fraction of the traditional cost."

One Platform. Body and Brain Together.
What makes the H2 Plus different from other humanoid platforms isn't any single spec — it's the integration. The "body" and "brain" are designed to work together out of the box, validated as a complete reference design rather than a collection of components you have to make talk to each other.
The NVIDIA Isaac GR00T stack includes open foundation models for humanoid reasoning and manipulation, sim-to-real training pipelines via Isaac Sim and Isaac Lab, Isaac TeleOp for high-fidelity demonstration data collection, and accelerated ROS 2 middleware. All of it runs on NVIDIA Jetson Thor onboard — 2,070 TFLOPS of Blackwell GPU compute with 128GB unified memory, inference at the edge, not in the cloud.
The hardware matches the ambition:
-
75 total degrees of freedom — 31 across the body plus 22 active DOF per SharpaWave hand
-
2,070 TFLOPS onboard — NVIDIA Jetson Thor, Blackwell GPU, 128GB LPDDR5X
-
15kg peak arm payload — 120 N·m max arm torque, 360 N·m max leg torque
-
Binocular stereo vision — 140° horizontal FOV, 0.4m minimum depth range, global shutter
-
SharpaWave five-finger hands — 1,000 tactile pixels per fingertip, 150N grip force, 0.005N pressure sensitivity
-
~3 hours runtime — 15Ah / 9.72kWh quick-release smart battery
Built for the Organizations Doing the Work
RoboStore has already put Unitree platforms into the hands of some of the most respected organizations in technology, research, education, and industry — including Google, Amazon, Rivian, Samsung, Accenture, MIT, Harvard, and Yale. The H2 Plus extends that reach to development teams that need a standardized, validated platform for embodied AI research, manipulation, autonomy, and real-world deployment.
"The conversation has shifted from whether humanoid robots will work, to where they will work first," said Haggerty. "Now we can provide a flagship platform for U.S. developers building the next generation of embodied AI applications with advanced perception, reasoning, manipulation, and autonomy capabilities while also giving them a standardized architecture for experimentation and deployment."
