GO2 Repair & Diagnostic Deposit

Send your GO2 unit to our U.S. service center for professional inspection, troubleshooting, and repair evaluation by the Robostore technical team.

This service fee acts as a diagnostic deposit and includes round-trip shipping support, intake, inspection, testing, and evaluation required to determine the cause of the issue and recommended repair path. A prepaid shipping label will be provided for shipment to our facility.

Once the diagnostic process is completed, our team will provide a detailed repair estimate if the unit is repairable. The diagnostic deposit will then be applied toward the total cost of the approved repair.

If additional parts, labor, or manufacturer support are required, those costs will be outlined before any repair work begins.

Service Includes:

• Partial coverage of return shipping costs
• Full intake and diagnostic evaluation
• Hardware and system-level testing
• Issue documentation and repair assessment
• Repair estimate (if applicable)
• Deposit applied toward approved repair costs
